allmydreams's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- date with ikea after talking to laura this afternoon, i couldn't help but picture some sitcom version of our lives next year. they'd cast some ass munchs like jennifer love hewitt and reese witherspoon to play us...i'd be the dark haired bitch who hangs out at coffee shops and talks about camus and shows a lot of cleavage, and laura would be the blonde, seemingly ditzy scientist girl with a ghetto booty. i'm sort of excited though, at the laverne and shirley-esque possibilities of living with her. after we moved out of the dorms last year, i thought we would grow up. but instead, i think we sort of regressed...too many of us live here, and too many parties go down, and quite frankly, we barely even see eachother. living alone with her will be much simpler, and all the things that come with sharing a bathroom and such will probably bring us closer again. buying real furniture, getting a cat, all that crap...it just seems like a step closer to Grown Up. for god's sake, two years ago tonight i was going to a prom and still feeling deviant for staying out late and getting drunk at a cinco de mayo party. where does all the time go? 12:02 am - 2003-05-06 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
